The start of the exams marathon for the academic year 2021-2022 at the Faculty of Nursing

The exams of the second semester of the Faculty of Nursing at Ain Shams University have been launched for the academic year 2021/2022, under the auspices of Prof. Dr. Mahmoud El-Metini, President of the University, Prof. Dr. Abdel Fattah Saoud, Vice President of Education and Student Affairs, Prof. Dr. Ayman Saleh, Vice President of Graduate Studies and Research, and Prof. Dr. Hisham Temraz, Vice President of Community Service and Environmental Development, Prof. Dr. Sahar Mousa Suleiman, Dean of the Faculty, under the supervision of Prof. Dr. Sahar Yassin, Vice Dean of Education and Student Affairs, Prof. Dr. Siham Gerges, Vice Dean of Graduate Studies and Research, and Prof. Dr. Hayam Refaat, Vice Dean of Community Service and Environmental Development.

Prof. Dr. Sahar Mousa explained that the exams will be for all undergraduate and graduate levels, which will continue until June 18, for 2362 male and female students over three days a week for each group divided into two shifts per day.

as Prof. Dr. Sahar Mousa indicated that the faculty has developed an integrated insurance plan and strict precautionary measures through 5 higher committees that were formed under its presidency and membership of the faculty’s vice deans for education, students, community service and environmental development, in cooperation with heads of academic departments and heads of controls and the various departments and units of the faculty: the Crisis and Disaster Management Unit, the Unit of Measurement, Evaluation and Exams, the Department of Civil Defense, Security, Safety and Occupational Health in the Faculty, and these committees are a committee to follow up on the progress of the exam process, a committee for medical care, a committee for guarding and security, a committee for various services, a committee to follow up on precautionary measures, and the task of these basic committees are to overcome all obstacles In front of the students and the successful completion of the examination process while achieving maximum safety for the students of the faculty during the examination period.

Prof. Dr. Sahar Mousa confirmed that she had put in place a package of precautionary measures to ensure the safety of all participants in the examination work, including students, faculty members, and faculty staff.

Prof. Dr. Sahar Mousa added that the faculty has provided all means to achieve the greatest degree of sterilization and disinfection of the committees between examination periods, stressing that all members of the examination process wear the muzzle and the readiness of the medical center, and making sure that the committees are ventilated as well as the control rooms on occasion, as the examination schedules for all academic teams in all departments were announced through the official pages of the faculty.

as Prof. Dr. Sahar Mousa stressed the necessity of the presence of the subject's professor at the exam premises to answer all questions and inquiries related to the subject, and the solidarity of all departments and departments of the faculty to work on the success of the exam process.
