The memorial of Dr. Emad El Din Hegazy, the former Vice Dean of the Faculty of Engineering for Graduate Studies and Research

Under the patronage of Prof. Dr. Mahmoud El-Metini, President of Ain Shams University and Prof. Dr. Omar Al-Husseini, Dean of the Faculty of Engineering, the Faculty of Engineering organized a memorial service for Prof. Dr. Emad El-Din Mahmoud Hegazy, Professor at the Department of Electronics and Communications Engineering, former Vice Dean for Graduate Studies and Research Affairs, and former Executive Director of (STDF) in the presence of Prof. Dr. Sherif Hammad, the former Minister of Scientific Research, Prof. Dr. Mostafa Refaat, Vice Dean for Education and Student Affairs, Prof. Dr. Ahmed Al-Sabbagh, Vice Dean for Community Service and Environmental Development, and Prof. Dr. Amr Sha`at, Vice Dean of the Faculty For graduate studies, heads of departments, a group of faculty members at the Faculty of Engineering, department students and staff, the family of Dr. Imad El Din Hegazy, his colleagues and students who worked with the late during his tenure. The participants in the memorial ceremony presented words that praised the history of the deceased, who worked in the Faculty of Engineering, Ain Shams University.

Prof. Dr. Omar Al-Husseini, Dean of the Faculty of Engineering, said that the late provided great services to his country and to the Faculty of Engineering at Ain Shams University during a great and busy scientific procession that will continue unending amid the prayers of his students, friends and colleagues.

At the end of the memorial ceremony, Prof. Dr. Omar Al-Husseini, Dean of the Faculty of Engineering, handed over the Faculty shield to the family of the late Prof. Dr. Imad Hegazy, in appreciation and honor to him.
