The Community Service and Environmental Development Sector at the Faculty of Al-Alsun reviews the importance of student activities

The Community Service and Environmental Development Sector, Faculty of Al-Alsun, Ain Shams University, organized a symposium entitled "Student Activities and Awareness of Their Importance", in cooperation with the Department of Islamic Oriental Languages, under the auspices of Prof. Dr. Salwa Rashad, Dean of the Faculty, and the supervision of Prof. Dr. Youmna Safwat, Vice Dean for Community Service and Environmental Development, Prof. Dr. Nasser Abdel Aal, Vice Dean for Education and Student Affairs, Dr. Heba Qinawy, teacher in the name of Islamic languages ​​at the Faculty, Ms. Afaf El-Deeb, Director of the Youth Welfare Department and officials of the various committees in the Faculty, and the Union of Faculty Students.

Dr. Heba Qinawy, the student advisor to the department, opened the activities of the seminar, stressing that student activities are one of the most important gains for students during their studies at the Faculty.

         
   
         

She explained that the Faculty of Al-Alsun at Ain Shams University is one of the faculties of a special nature because its graduates cooperate upon graduation with local and international bodies in various fields, and certainly communication skills with the other must be refined within the walls of the university because it is a prerequisite for work after graduation.

The activities of the symposium witnessed the students’ union members present their experiences and the experiences of a number of students outside the union about their participation in the various activities and how they were provided with experiences that qualified them to reach self-exploration and achieve many goals to hone their skills and communicate with the internal community first inside the university and then open them up to the community outside the university walls. And how a number of them turned from introverted people to personalities open to the outside world, loaded with experiences and skills to communicate with the other.

In the end, members of the teaching assistants from the Turkish department and the President of the Students’ Union were honored, as well as the students who participated in the design of the electronic magazine, the Turkish Language department.
