Faculty of Al-Alsun celebrates Mother's Day and honors its administrative staff

The Community Service and Environmental Development Affairs Sector at Al-Alsun Faculty, Ain Shams University, organized a celebration on the occasion of Mother's Day and honoring the retired administrators, managers and employees of the various departments of the Faculty, under the auspices of Prof. Dr. Mahmoud El-Metini, President of the University, Prof. Dr. Salwa Rashad, Dean of the Faculty, and the supervision of Prof. Dr. Youmna Safwat, Vice Dean for Community Service and Environmental Development, and in the presence of Prof. Nahed Hammouda, general manager of the Faculty, and members of the administrative staff.

During her opening speech, Prof. Dr. Salwa Rashad, Dean of the Faculty, said that the educational process is based on its three sides, which is a member of the administrative faculty and the student, and the administrative apparatus is one of the important pillars in the success of the educational process, especially with its administrative cadres capable of implementing public policies in the university and the state.           

She stressed the importance of advancing the human element and training on modern systems to keep pace with the successive technological developments, and praised the efforts of the administrative element in their contribution to the completion of the processes of automating exams, managing student affairs, managing the affairs of graduates and faculty members, and other departments that completed their mission to the fullest under difficult circumstances it witnessed. The whole world after the Corona pandemic and its repercussions had a positive aspect in accelerating the mechanization of the educational process to keep pace with the developments of global events.

Prof. Dr. Youmna Safwat, Vice Dean for Community Service and Environmental Development Affairs, praised the efforts of the faculty’s employees to maintain their advancement in their various tasks entrusted to them within their departments, and stressed that the occasion of Mother’s Day is the best occasion to celebrate the administrators referred to the pension and those in charge of work, especially since the predominant number on the device The administrator is a woman, and here he proves that the Egyptian woman is capable of achieving success in various places.

During the celebration, Prof. Dr. Salwa Rashad, Dean of the Faculty, handed over the honorees certificates of appreciation and shields in appreciation of their contributions to the educational process throughout the year.
