As part of the ongoing modernization and development of human resources at Ain Shams University hospitals, a training program for trainers was organized in cooperation with the Central Organization for Management and Administration, which lasted for 11 days. The program included a number of axes that focused on the importance of training and the role of the trainer in the training process.
