Program for Training of Trainers (TOT) at Ain Shams University Hospitals

As part of the ongoing modernization and development of human resources at Ain Shams University hospitals, a training program for trainers was organized in cooperation with the Central Organization for Management and Administration, which lasted for 11 days. The program included a number of axes that focused on the importance of training and the role of the trainer in the training process.

The program included a number of axes focused on the importance of training and the role of the trainer in the training process, the basic characteristics of the trainer and how to conduct the training session, the behavioral skills necessary to deal with others (effective communication skills).
