Ain Shams University receives two certificates in quality

Ain Shams University, headed by Prof. Abdul wahab Ezzat obtained ISO 9001: 2015 certificates in the quality of the administrative system and ISO 140001: 2015 in the quality of environmental management.

The Audit Committee of Intertek Company, which grants ISO certificate, announced on Thursday, September 6, 2018, that Ain Shams University obtained the certificates during the meeting held at Al-Zaffran Palace.

In his speech, Eng. Adel Bassiouni, Chief Auditor of Intertek and Head of the Audit Team, conveyed the experience of Ain Shams University, which is the pioneer in obtaining the quality certificate of environmental management and activating the environmental conscience in the interest of the Egyptian society as a whole.

It was also recommended to hold a monthly meeting to discuss ways to improve the environment and raise the environmental awareness of the university community and the dissemination of environmental culture to the surrounding society.

He also congratulated Prof. Dr. Abdul Wahab Ezzat, President of the University all employees to obtain ISO, praising the role of everyone in reaching this stage under the supervision of Mr. Samir Abdel Nasser, Secretary-General of the University, which took a lot of effort and work in record time.
