The Minister Plenipotentiary for Education of the Embassy of the People's Republic of China, Wang Xingang, visited Ain Shams University

Prof. Dr. Mahmoud El-Metini, President of Ain Shams University, received the Minister Plenipotentiary for Education of the Embassy of the People’s Republic of China, Wang Xingang, in the presence of Prof. Dr. Abdel Fattah Saoud, Vice President for Education and Student Affairs, Prof. Dr. Ayman Saleh, Vice President for Graduate Studies and Research, and Prof. HishamTamraz, Vice President The University for Community Service and Environmental Development Affairs, Prof. Dr. Esraa Abdel-Sayed Hassan, Director of the Confucius Institute, Ain Shams University, Prof. Dr. Shahira Samir, Executive Director of the International Relations and Academic Cooperation Sector, and Prof. Mustafa Refaat, Director of the International Cooperation Department at the university.

The Minister Plenipotentiary expressed his happiness with the progress reached by the Confucius Institute, Ain Shams University, and the activities carried out by the Institute in serving Chinese language learners, especially in the recent period.

The two sides discussed ways of cooperation between the two sides in all different sectors and fields between Ain Shams University and Chinese universities.

The visit also included a review of the latest developments and services provided by Le Pen's workshop to train students at the Faculty of Engineering, Ain Shams University.
