Announcing the results of the badminton championship for Egyptian universities and higher institutes, which was held at Ain Shams University

The Badminton Championship activities were concluded at the level of Egyptian universities and higher institutes No. (49) for male and female students, which was held in the hall covered by the General Administration of Youth Welfare at Ain Shams University, with the participation of 31 male and 32 female students from 12 universities (British, Helwan, Ministry of Higher Education, BeniSuef, Cairo, American, Arab Academy, Egypt Informatics, Ain Shams University, Egypt International, German, German International).

The Championship was held under the supervision of Dr. SobhiHassanein, Vice President of the Universities Sports Federation, Dr. ArafaSalama, Secretary General of the Universities Sports Federation, and Bahaa Mukhtar, Director of the Championship and Competition Sector at the Universities Sports Federation, and Dr. Mohamed Ramadan Musharraf tournament of the Universities Sports Federation.

The results resulted in the following:

Male student teams’ results:

First place: The Arab Academy.

Second place: Misr International University.

Third place: Ain Shams University.

Female student team results:

First place: Helwan University.

Second place: The British University.

Third place: Ain Shams University.

Individual (Male students):

- First place: Student/ Muhammad Mustafa Kamel (The Arab Academy).

- Second place: Student / Karim Mahmoud Ahmed (Cairo University).

Third place: John Wadih William (Misr International University).

Individual(female students):

- First place: Student/ Nora Ahmed Yousry, (The Arab Academy).

- Second place: Student / Jana Ashraf Ezz El-Din (American University).

- Third place: Student/ Suhaila Ali Abdel Mageed (Helwan University).

Duo (Male students):

- First place: Ali Ashraf Mahmoud and Mohamed Alaa Bakr (Ain Shams University).

- Second place: John Wadih William, and Omar Adel Suleiman (Misr International University).

- Third place: Karim Mahmoud Ahmed and Mustafa Ahmed El-Sayed (Cairo University).

Duo (Female students):

- First place: Amira Hossam El Din Hassan and Suhaila Ali Abdel Meguid, (Helwan University)

- Second place: Esraa Mohamed Hani and Rana Ihab Mohamed (Ain Shams University)

- Third place: Kawthar Muhammad Rabie and Menna Allah Ashraf Muhammad (British University)

Mixed teams results:

- First place: Students / Mohamed Kamel Mustafa and / Nora Ahmed Yousry, (The Arab Academy)
