The Community Service Affairs Sector at Ain Shams University visited the Diayrna Handicraft Exhibition

Under the patronage of Prof. Dr. Mahmoud El-Metini, President of Ain Shams University, Prof. Dr. Hisham Temraz, Vice President of Community Service and Environmental Development, and Prof. Dr. Abdel Fattah Saoud, Vice President of Education and Student Affairs, the Community Service and Environmental Development Sector organized an educational trip to the Diayrna Handicraft Exhibition, which It will be held under the slogan "Egypt Speaks handicrafts"

The visit came in the presence and coordination of Prof. Dr. Jihan Ragab, Professor of Marketing at the Faculty of Commerce and Advisor to the Vice President of the University for Community Service and Environmental Development Affairs, and under the supervision of Prof. Suhail Hamza, Assistant Secretary of the University for Community Service and Environmental Development, and the participation of a group of university students from a family for Central Egypt.

The visit comes from the university’s role in developing awareness among its students of the importance of crafts and handicrafts, because of their role in advancing the economy and eliminating unemployment by providing job opportunities for young people of both sexes, as crafts and handicrafts contribute to making a qualitative leap in economic and social life. for a segment of the population.

During their tour of the "Diayrna" exhibition, the students praised the displayed products, expressing their happiness with this visit, they also learned from the exhibitors how to manufacture and market these products and the obstacles they face.

It is worth noting that the exhibition is attended by nearly 350 exhibitors from different governorates of Egypt, some of whom have special needs, and Nubia is the guest of honor for the exhibition: Handicrafts, silver and copper accessories, traditional clothing, leather goods, food and other products.
