A workshop on Shams unit system for electronic archive and correspondence at Network and Information Technology Center

Under the patronage of Prof. Dr. Mahmoud El-Metini, President of Ain Shams University, Prof. Dr. Ayman Saleh, Vice President for Graduate Studies and Research, and the supervision of Dr. Islam Hegazy, Executive Director of Network and Information Technology Center, Shams Unit held a workshop on Shams system for electronic archives and correspondence.

Engineer Mahmoud Ramadan, head of Shams Unit, explained, during the workshop, that this system provides archiving of correspondence exchanged between the different departments at the level of Ain Shams University departments and faculties, and it also facilitates sending correspondence between the various departments through an internal system at the university.

For his part, Dr. Islam Hegazy, Executive Director of the Network and Information Technology Center, confirmed that this system will be circulated to various departments, sectors and colleges at Ain Shams University during the coming period, and workshops will be organized to qualify employees on the mechanism of its use and benefit from the services and advantages it provides.
