Under the patronage of the President of the University, and the Vice President for Graduate Studies and Research Affairs, the Faculty of Nursing at Ain Shams University, headed by Prof. Dr. Sahar Moussa, Dean of the Faculty, received 100 students from the Child University, ranging in age from 8 to 13 years, as part of the activities carried out by the Child University at Ain Shams University to increase the development of children's abilities and early detection of their skills in various fields.
During the visit, Prof. Dr. Sahar Mousa welcomed the vice deans, faculty staff and children, and they gave an introductory lecture about the faculty and another on the precautionary measures of the Corona virus and first aid for various injuries and their importance for students, and the role of the paramedic in how to transport the injured to the nearest hospital or equipped unit, as well as the way to deal with cases of bleeding, fractures and artificial respiration. , and how to face critical situations, and children have applied this in practice to educational models and puppets in faculty laboratories through Prof. Dr. Hala Mohammed and Prof. Dr. Faryal Fouad, Department of Community Health Nursing.
