Prof. Dr. Abdel Fattah Saoud, Vice President of Ain Shams University for Education and Student Affairs, conducted an inspection tour of the 2021/2022 lag exams at the Faculty of Al-Alsun, under the auspices of Prof. Dr. Mahmoud El-Metini, President of the University, Prof. Dr. Abdel Fattah Saud, Vice President for Education and Student Affairs, Prof. Dr. Salwa Rashad, Dean of the Faculty, and the supervision of Prof. Dr. Nasser Abdel Aal, Vice Dean for Education and Student Affairs.
During his tour, he inspected the committees of the second division, numbering 30 students, and the committees of the third division, numbering 61 students, and he stressed during his tour that the decrease in the number of retardations in the Faculty confirms the high educational level of Faculty students, and his Excellency continued the application of precautionary measures in the committees, praising the role of the Faculty administration in full commitment to creating a safe environment For students’ exams in light of the repercussions of the new Corona virus and its variables, as well as the commitment of students to follow the instructions for distancing and wearing medical masks in the committees.
Noting that the exams will not be allowed to enter the examinations for those who did not receive the vaccination, according to the decisions recently taken by the Supreme Council of Universities headed by Prof. Dr. Khaled Abdel Ghaffar, Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, which stresses the keenness to take all necessary measures to ensure the proper conduct and safety of all elements of the examination process.
On her part, Prof. Dr. Salwa Rashad, Dean of the Faculty, said that the safety and security of students is in the first place, and the Faculty is keen to apply the utmost levels of security to preserve the lives of the Faculty’s children, noting that the Faculty administration has taken great steps to achieve maximum levels of safety for the Faculty’s students during their examination period, as the Crisis and Disaster Management Unit By developing a proactive plan to confront the repercussions of the new Corona virus by spraying and sterilizing all the halls and terraces in the Faculty before the start of the exams, providing the necessary masks and gloves for the control members, members of the security and civil defense team, observers and workers in charge of exam work, and providing thermometers remotely, and the doctors at the center were alerted. Medical staff prepares for any emergency during exams.
