The Vice President of Ain Shams University and the Dean of the Faculty of Arts are inspecting the examination committees of the first semester

Prof. Dr. Abdel Fattah Saoud, Vice President of Ain Shams University for Education and Student Affairs, inspects the committees of the first semester exams for the academic year 2021/2022 at the Faculty of Arts, which ends on Thursday, February 3, 2022, he was accompanied on tour by Prof. Dr. Mustafa Mortada, Dean of the Faculty, Prof. Dr. Hanan Kamel, Vice Dean of Education and Student Affairs, to follow up on the examination process and to ensure that precautionary measures are implemented to confront the Corona virus and that students receive vaccination, and he also stressed the effectiveness of all types of vaccination and the absence of any health risk in it.

         
   
         

He inspected the faculty’s vaccination room, as it works with all its energy during the examination period as well, and students who have not received the vaccination are transferred to this rooms, as the student’s obtaining at least the first dose of vaccination is a prerequisite for entering the committees.

He also reassured the provision of security and safety means for students in all examination committees, and stressed the need for the subject's professor to be present to answer students' inquiries. He also ensured the readiness of the medical center, and good ventilation within the committees.

         
   
         

It is noteworthy that the exams are conducted over 5 periods daily, starting from nine in the morning until four in the afternoon, and the time of the committee is one hour, and every committee is separated by half an hour, during which the committees are sterilized and cleaned.

During his tour, Prof. Dr. Abdel-Fattah Saoud praised with the efforts of the faculty administration in organizing students within the committees with half of their absorptive capacities, which was evident to achieve the principle of social distancing between students, as well as the commitment of students, faculty staff and observers to wear the muzzle.
