The Career Center organizes a simulation of job interviews for university students and graduates with companies

Under the patronage of Prof. Dr. Mahmoud El-Metini, President of Ain Shams University, Prof. Dr. Abdel Fattah Saud, Vice President for Education and Student Affairs, and under the supervision of Dr. Ayman Farid, Director of the Employment Center, the Career Center organized and implemented simulations of job interviews with some companies to raise the awareness of university students and graduates on how to perform job interviews Inside companies, knowing what the labor market requires, and seeing the jobs required in various diverse fields.

Three companies participated in this event, namely " Sumerge - Ejadah - Breadfast", in the presence of 3 representatives from each company from the Human Resources Department, to conduct interviews with all students and graduates from different faculties and specializations.

More than 100 students and graduates attended the interviews. The duration of one interview for each student with the chosen company ranged between 30-40 minutes, including a real job interview with 10 minutes of evaluation from the company for the student on his performance and how to develop his professional skills and a review of his resume. subjectivity too.

This comes within the framework of the Career Center’s endeavor to provide opportunities closer to reality for university students and graduates, enabling them to compete in the labor market. This is the first event of its kind in the field of interview simulation models for the year 2021/2022.
