The President of Ain Shams University witnesses the signing of a cooperation protocol with South Korea

Prof. Dr. Mahmoud El-Metini, President of Ain Shams University, witnessed the signing ceremony of a cooperation protocol in the field of scientific research, with the friendly South Korea, in the presence of Mr. Jinkwan Hyun, Senior Librarian of the National Assembly, with the rank of Deputy Minister of the State of South Korea, and the accompanying delegation consisting of a delegation from the Korean Library and the Korean Embassy in Cairo, and Prof. Dr. Ayman Saleh, Vice President for Graduate Studies and Research, Prof. Dr. Salwa Rashad, Dean of the Faculty of Al-Alsun, Prof. Dr. Shahira Samir, Executive Director of the International Relations and Academic Cooperation Sector at the university, and faculty staff of the Korean Language Department at the Faculty of Al-Alsun, Ain Shams University

A representative at Ain Shams University signed on behalf of the Egyptian side, Prof. Dr. Salwa Rashad, Dean of the Faculty of Al-Alsun, and on the Korean side, Mr. Jinkwan Hyun, Chief Librarian of the National Society.

Prof. Dr. Salwa Rashad, Dean of the Faculty of Al-Alsun at Ain Shams University, explained that according to the protocol concluded between the two sides, students of the Korean Language Department at the faculty at the bachelor's and postgraduate levels can access the digital library and view references and books.

She stressed that this step is a breakthrough in the history of the Korean language department, due to the scarcity of references for this specialty, which makes it difficult for students and researchers, pointing out that this protocol will stimulate the advancement of academic aspects and scientific research in the department.
