Vice President of Ain Shams University and Ambassador of Portugal discuss ways to launch Portuguese language department at the university

In the framework of the protocol signed between the Universities of Ain Shams and Porto de Portugal, Prof. Dr. Abdul Fattah Saud, Vice President of Ain Shams University for Education and Students Affairs and Dr. Sheref Kotb, Director of the Center for Enterprise Development and Innovation Support met with the Portuguese Ambassador Ms. Fisher at the University. The meeting was held to activate the agreement on the establishment of a Portuguese language department in accordance with international standards at Faculty of Al Alsun, Ain Shams University.

The two sides discussed all the details and procedures necessary for the opening of the department as soon as possible for the students of the university. Mrs. Fisher also expressed her cooperation to support and enhance the cooperation between the two universities.

During the meeting, Prof. Dr. Abdul-Fattah Saud pointed to the deep relations and the closeness of the cultures linking the two peoples, which supports the cooperation between Ain Shams University and Porto University in a number of fields.

At the end of the meeting, Prof. Dr. Abdul Fattah Saud presented the shield of the university to Ms. Ficher.
