Habiba Nasser is the President of the Student Union of the Faculty of Arts, and Maryam Adel, Vice President

Under the auspices of Prof. Dr. Mahmoud El-Metini, President of Ain Shams University, Prof. Dr. Abdel Fattah Saoud, Vice President for Education and Student Affairs, Prof. Dr. Mustafa Mortada, Dean of the Faculty of Arts, and the supervision of Prof. Dr. Hanan Kamel, Vice Dean for Education and Student Affairs and Implementation, Mrs. Neamat Khalifa, Director of Youth Welfare Department, the committee supervising the student union elections in the college announced the results of the elections for the new Student Union Council, which consists of the union president, his deputy, the secretaries of the seven committees and their assistants.

Prof. Dr. Hanan Kamel successfully conducted the electoral process by providing a democratic and fair atmosphere. She emphasized that the freedom of students to choose their representative in the presidency and membership of the Federation Council is guaranteed to all nominated students. The Secretary and Assistant Secretary have been elected for the seven committees that include the Social, Sports, Scientific, and Cultural Committee, Technical, roving and families’ committee.

The student, Habiba Nasser, was appointed as president of the union, and student Maryam Adel, vice president of the union, among the members of the seven committees. The names of the secretary of each of the seven committees and the assistant secretary were announced as follows:

Mustafa Mohamed, Secretary of the Social Committee, Assistant Secretary Ahmed Mahmoud, Hossam Kamal, Secretary of the Families Committee, Assistant Secretary Muhammad Alaa El-Din, Roeya Ehab, Secretary of the Cultural Committee, Assistant Secretary Nourhan Ahmed, Omar Khaled, Secretary of the Sports Committee, Assistant Secretary Omar Khaled, Samah Amir, Secretary of the Scientific Committee, And Assistant Secretary Ali Ezzat, Karim Ibrahim, Secretary of the Technical Committee, Assistant Secretary Amani Mohsen, Malak Mahmoud, Secretary of the Roaming Committee, and Assistant Secretary Salma Ibrahim.

The formation of the Election Supervision Committee, headed by Prof. Dr. Hanan Kamel, Vice Dean of the Faculty, and the membership of Dr. Bahaa Ibrahim Abdel Hafez, Mr. Mustafa Mohamed Hussein, director of legal affairs at the faculty, Mrs. Neamat Khalifa, Director of Youth Welfare Department, student Ziad Mohamed El-Sayed, and student Nesma Mustafa Bayoumi.

It is noteworthy that the electoral marathon for student unions at Ain Shams University was launched under the supervision of the Higher Committee for Supervising Student Union elections headed by Prof. Dr. Abdel Fattah Saoud, Vice President for Education and Student Affairs and the General Supervisor of the Student Union Elections at the University, and the membership of Prof. Dr. Hesham Al-Hariri, Vice Dean of the Faculty of Agriculture for Education and Student Affairs, and Prof. Dr. Tamer Rady, professor at the Faculty of Commerce and the university's liaison officer, and a. Muhammad Al-Khatib, Assistant Secretary for Education and Student Affairs, and a. Ibrahim Saeed, Acting Director General of University Cities and a. Mohamed Abdel Malik, Acting Director General of Legal Affairs, student Mustafa Rayan in the fourth year of the Faculty of Commerce, and the student Umniah Ashraf in the third year of the Faculty of Commerce.
