The development convoy of Ain Shams University witnessed a great turnout on its first day in the Naqada Center in the village of Kom El-Dabaa, and its dependencies which are the villages of El-Khatara, Kom Bilal, Toukh, El-Zawaida, under the auspices of Prof. Dr. Mahmoud El-Metini, President of Ain Shams University, Major General Pilot Ashraf Gharib Al-Daoudi, Governor of Qena, which is organized by the Community Service and Environmental Development Sector at the university, headed by Prof. Dr. Hisham Tamraz, Vice President of the University for Community Service and Environmental Development, General Supervision, Prof. Dr.. Shahira Samir, Vice Dean of the Faculty of Medicine for Community Service and Environmental Development Affairs, supervised by Mr. Suhail Hamza, Assistant Secretary of the University for Community Service and Environmental Development Affairs.
Representative Naglaa Bakhoum, a member of the Parliament from Qena Governorate, praised, during her inspection of the work of the convoy, the efforts made by Ain Shams University in community service through comprehensive development convoys that provide a distinguished service to the people of Upper Egypt, as this is the second convoy of Ain Shams University in Qena Governorate.
The convoy also includes the specialties of ophthalmology, cardiology, chest, ear, nose and throat, pediatrics, orthopedics, gynecology, internal medicine and dermatology, dentistry, in addition to awareness symposia and literacy.
Today, it witnessed a number of awareness symposia presented by Dr. Tarek Abdel Fattah on the health of women and children, the dangers of drugs, digital drugs, addiction and methods of prevention and treatment.
