Prof. Dr. Khaled Kadry, Dean of the Faculty of Business, accompanied by Prof. Dr. Muhammad Shahin, Vice Dean for Education and Student Affairs, inspected exam boards of the midterms of the English section, English and Arabic credit hours program and partnership with Kean University. He made sure about the follow and discipline of exam boards, and to what extent precautions, disciplines and applicable to this regard regulations are applied.
Prof. Dr. Khaled Kadry said that the number of students sitting for exams is (9550 male and female students): 6500 male and female students are sitting for exams in the English Section; 1165 male and female students are sitting for exams in credit hours program English sections; 1827 male and female students are sitting for exams in credit hours program Arabic section; and 94 male and female students are sitting for exams in Kean Partnership program.
His Excellency added that it was made sure that all students got vaccinated against Corona Virus, Cabinet decrees and Ain Shams University decisions, regarding preventing students from entering the University campus without providing the vaccine certificate, are applied.
He explained that faculty staff is well-informed to be existed in the exam boards to answer all inquiries, and doctors and nursing body of the medical center in the Faculty are well-informed to be present during the exam period to face any medical emergencies. In addition, controls heads and members and observers are cautioned to be severe with cheating cases in the exam boards and to well-inform students about the necessity of not bringing mobile phones inside the exam boards.
Prof. Dr. Khaled Kadry, Dean of the Faculty, thanked Ain Shams University administration headed by Prof. Dr. Mahmoud El-Metini, President of the University, Prof. Dr. Abd El-Fattah Saoud, Vice President for Education and Student Affairs, Prof. Dr. Ayman Saleh, Vice President for Post-graduate Studies and Research Affairs and Prof. Dr. Hisham Tamraz, Vice President for Community Service and Environmental Development for the support provided to the Faculty.
It is worth mentioning that midterm exams in the Faculty of Business start on Sunday corresponding 21/11/2021 and ends on Sunday corresponding 28/11/2021 in four round per day. Sanitizing all exam boards and halls permeates the four rounds. November round post-graduate exams started also under supervision of Prof. Dr. Hayam Wahba, Vice Dean for Post-graduate Studies and Research Affairs, which are decided to be held on Saturdays and Thursdays in the period between 20th November and 2nd December 2021.
133 students sat for the diploma exams, which are 14 diplomas. 31 students sat for pre-doctorate exams and 59 students sat for pre-masters exams.
