The launch of SU elections marathon at Ain Shams University

The election marathon of student unions for the academic year 2021:2022 in all the University faculties has launched under supervision of the high committee student union elections headed by Prof. Dr. Abd El-Fattah Saoud, Vice President of the University for Education and Student Affairs and the General Supervisor of student union elections. The committee members are: Prof. Dr. Hisham El-Hariry, Vice Dean of the Faculty of Agriculture for Education and Student Affairs, Prof. Dr. Tamer Rady, Professor in the Faculty of Business and Connection Moderator in the University, Mr. Muhammad El-Khatib, University Secretary Assistant for Education and Student Affairs, Mr. Ibrahim Saaed, Acting General Manger of University Dormitory, Mr. Muhammad Abd El-Malek, Acting General Manager for Legal Affairs, Student Mostafa Rayan from the 4th class in the Faculty of Business and Student Omnia Ashraf from 3rd class in the Faculty of Business.

         
   
         

Deans of the faculties and vice deans for education and student affairs checked out the process of withdrawing and submitting forms which started at 9 am., to monitor the workflow and all precautious and preventive measurements taken to face Corona Virus. Students should submit the effect of getting vaccinated when they applying for candidacy or voting.

Prof. Dr. Abd El-Fattah Saoud, Vice President of the University for Education and Student Affairs, stated that the student union elections are conducted in restrict precautious and preventive measurements, mentioning that going through this elections is a training and preparation for students to go into public work and develop their capability of giving and supporting leadership spirit and public service.

       
   
       

He also said that the University, represented by Youth Welfare, organized number of preparing commanders camps for the students to prepare them properly for participating in group public work effectively.

It is decided that the elections stages will be implemented according to the timeline announced by the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research
