Ain Shams University, headed by Prof. Dr. Mahmoud El-Metini completed the vaccination of 190,000 members of the university community with vaccines against Covid-19, through 15 vaccination points spread across campuses, university hospitals and various colleges.
It will be prohibited to enter the university campus for those who have not received the vaccine, whether they are an employee, student or faculty member, provided that they are directed in specific paths to the nearest vaccination point, and the receipt of the vaccine is proven through a certificate of vaccination for those who received the vaccine outside the university or from By scanning the QR code on the vaccination certificates of the University Management System (UMS) for those who received the vaccination inside Ain Shams University.
In compliance with the decisions issued by the meeting of the Supreme Committee for the Management of the Corona Crisis, not to allow workers in the units of the state’s administrative apparatus to enter their workplaces after November 15, except after ensuring that they have obtained any of the anti-Coronavirus vaccines through the certificates prepared for that or submitting a certificate at the beginning The days of the work week are negative as a result of the PCR analysis, no more than 3 days have passed since it was performed.
The university confirms that, after November 15, no employee, student or faculty member who has not received the vaccine will be allowed to enter the university campus, or he will have to conduct a PCR analysis every week.
The university also stresses the need for students to abide by the attendance rates stipulated in the academic regulations as a condition to be allowed to enter the mid-semester exams.
