Orientation ceremony for new students at the Faculty of Computer and Information Sciences

Under the auspices of Prof. Dr. Mahmoud El-Metini, President of Ain Shams University, Prof. Dr. Abdel Fattah Saoud, Vice President for Education and Student Affairs, and Prof. Dr. Nagwa Badr, Dean of the Faculty of Computer and Information Sciences, the Faculty organized a celebration to welcome the new students, in the presence of Prof. Dr. Nagwa Badr, Dean of the Faculty, the Vice Deans, Prof. Dr. Yasmine Afifi and the Faculty Students Union.

In her speech, Prof. Dr. Nagwa Badr welcomed the new students, stressing that this year is different from previous years due to the return of regular study in the lecture halls directly, which increases the enthusiasm and passion for all employees of the faculty and the university in general.

She pointed out that the Faculty of Computer and Information Sciences achieved a distinguished position in the scientific and research community, and these efforts culminated in the faculty winning the Government Excellence Award in the presence of the Prime Minister.

She stressed the need to continue to adhere to all precautionary and preventive measures to preserve public safety.

During the ceremony, the various activities offered by the faculty were reviewed in addition to the academic study, as well as employment forums and various training opportunities, in addition to participating in various competitions locally, Arab and internationally.
