Ain Shams achieved first place in confronting Corona pandemic in the best Egyptian University Competition

Under the directives of President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi, during the youth conference held at Cairo University, the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research organized the Best Egyptian University competition, under the patronage of Prof. Dr. Khaled Abdel Ghaffar, Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, and Prof. Dr. Mohamed Ayman Ashour, Deputy Minister for University Affairs.

Ain Shams University won first place in the competition for the best Egyptian university in terms of facing the Corona pandemic, under the supervision of Prof. Dr. Mahmoud El-Metini, the President of Ain Shams University, and Prof. Dr. Abdel Fattah Saud, Vice President of Ain Shams University for Education and Student Affairs.

Ain Shams University has taken many precautionary measures to confront the Corona virus during the last period, and stressed these measures during the beginning of the new academic year, as it organized campaigns to receive the Corona vaccine targeting faculty staff and students at various academic levels in all faculties, in addition to the employees.

It is worth mentioning that Ain Shams University won the competition of the best Egyptian universities in several advanced positions in a number of other classifications.
