The Faculty of Arts participates in the University Choir and Music Festival

under the auspices of Prof. Dr. Mahmoud El-Metini, President of Ain Shams University, Prof. Dr. Abdel Fattah Saoud, Vice President of Education and Student Affairs, Prof. Dr. Mustafa Mortada, Dean of the Faculty of Arts, under the supervision and attendance of Prof. Dr. Hanan Kamel, Vice Dean of Education and Student Affairs, and follow-up Mrs. Neamat Khalifa, Director of the Youth Welfare Department, and in the presence of a large number of students, led by Mohamed Hamdi, President of the Student Union, Rawda Al-Ajmi, Vice President of the Union, Mustafa Khamis, Technical Committee and the assistant of Islam Abdel Hakim, and a number of officials of the Technical Committee of the Youth Welfare Department, the Faculty of Arts choir team participated Ain Shams University at the 2021 Ain Shams University Music and Choir Festival, which was held at the Faculty of Girls' Theatre.

Prof. Dr. Hanan Kamel, Vice Dean of Education and Student Affairs, expressed her happiness with the participation of the faculty choir under the slogan “We sing to live” in the festival and with the brilliant and honorable singing performance. Where the festival choir team excelled, amid the harmony of the audience, their applause, and their enjoyment of the lyrical paragraphs presented by the choir under the supervision of Maestro Ahmed Mohsen, the festival choir also succeeded in reciting a number of traditional and tarab songs that are characterized by originality and difficulty in performing except for the distinguished. 22 male and female students participated in the choir, led by Nesma Mustafa Bayoumi, the head of the choir.
