Increasing in the evaluation of Annals of the Faculty of Arts in the classification of journals

Prof. Dr. Sherin Mazloum, Vice Dean of the Faculty of Arts at Ain Shams University for Graduate Studies and Research, confirmed that the high evaluation of the Annals of the Faculty of Arts to 6.5 in the evaluation of journals issued by the Supreme Council of Universities in July 2021 is evidence that the Annals follow international standards in terms of form and content, a step that supports distinguished researchers and emphasizes the importance of upgrading system of scientific research.

She added that it is a harvest to support scientific research espoused by Prof. Dr. Mahmoud El-Metini, President of the University, and Prof. Dr. Ayman Saleh, Vice President for Graduate Studies and Research, and Prof. Dr. Mustafa Mortada, Dean of the Faculty of Arts.

This step is considered a culmination of the efforts of the yearbooks work team at the faculty, headed by Dr. Moawad Badawi, Deputy Editor-in-Chief.

Mazloum indicated that the yearbooks are available on the Egyptian Knowledge Bank website for all researchers.

The faculty also strives to include the college in the international classification according to the specific standards and requirements.
