The second semester exams at the Faculty of Arts, Ain Shams University were launched amid strict precautionary measures, and Prof. Dr. Abdel Fattah Saoud, Vice President of Education and Student Affairs, accompanied by Prof. Dr. Mustafa Mortada, Dean of the Faculty, Prof. Dr. Hanan Kamel, Vice Dean of Education and Student Affairs, Dr. Ahmed Hendawy, Director of Student Hospital And Mrs. Iman Mahmoud, Secretary of the Faculty, inspected a number of committees, stressing the need for students, observers and faculty staff to abide by all precautionary measures to limit the spread of the Covid 19 virus.
It is worth noting that the exams are scheduled to take place over five periods a day, and the schedules are displayed successively on screens located in the faculty roads, the time of the committee is one hour, between each committee and another half an hour, during which the committees are sterilized and cleaned, and students are allowed to enter as soon as they are in the faculty to prevent crowding in front of the committees and on the roads.
The number of students who sit exams for the second semester is 20,700 male and female students in the 16 different departments of the faculty.
