Training programs for speech exams start at Zayed Rehabilitation Medical Center of the Air Force, in cooperation with Faculty of Arts

The practical speech program examinations organized by Zayed Medical Center for Rehabilitation of the Air Force began in cooperation with the Psychological Service Unit at the Faculty of Arts at Ain Shams University, under the patronage of Prof. Dr. Mahmoud El-Metini, President of the University, Prof. Dr. Hesham Tamraz, Vice President for Community Service and Environmental Development, Prof. Dr. Mustafa Mortada, Dean of the Faculty, and under the supervision of Prof. Dr. Rasha Al-Didi, Vice Dean for Community Service and Environmental Development, and Brigadier General Doctor Wael Al-Saidi, Director of Zayed Rehabilitation Medical Center of the Air Force.

Brigadier General Doctor Wael Al-Saidi, confirmed that the diploma aims to qualify the cadres to work in the field of communication inside and outside Egypt, and that the diploma study is based on two theoretical parts and is taught by a group of doctors, consultants, specialists and deans of specialized Facultys in the field of speech. The center is the most distinguished at the regional level in providing advanced services for the care and rehabilitation of people with special abilities through a set of integrated rehabilitation programs that suit their capabilities, abilities and aspirations, and that it works in accordance with international quality levels.

His Excellency indicated that the trainees will obtain a training diploma to qualify and prepare a speech specialist accredited by Ain Shams University and documented by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, in addition to a practical training certificate, a certificate of communication aids course (alternative communication) and a certificate of the language test course.

Prof. Dr. Rasha Al-Didi, Vice Dean of the Faculty of Arts, expressed her happiness at the start of the exams for Zayed Medical Center for Rehabilitation of the Egyptian Air Force, in cooperation with the Psychological Service Unit at the Faculty of Arts, Ain Shams University, where they participate in presenting a scientific and applied message in the field of community service and environmental development. The Zayed Medical Center seeks to provide distinguished services in the field of caring, treating and rehabilitating the handicapped with the latest scientific methods, which made it a shining beacon in providing distinguished psychological medical services in the field of disability and special capabilities as a distinguished training, rehabilitation and treatment edifice in the implementation and faithfully the directives of the political leadership in caring for people with disabilities as a partner With governmental and private institutions to become a center of excellence in providing these services due to its scientific and professional commitment in qualifying and training human cadres and conducting applied research that advances psychological service in the field of disabilities, and this is why the Psychological Service Unit at the Faculty of Arts, Ain Shams University was the first to conclude a cooperation protocol between Zayed Medical Center for accreditation of its training, educational and research activities.
