Prof. Dr. Abdul Nasser Sengab, Vice President of Ain Shams University for Graduate Studies and Research, signed a twinning agreement with the President of the University of Khartoum at the headquarters of the University Guest House in Khartoum, capital of the State of Sudan.
Prof. Dr. Abdul Nasser Sengab said that the visit came in response to an invitation by the University of Khartoum to the President of Ain Shams University to open horizons for joint cooperation in various scientific, research and academic fields, and in the framework of the political leadership's keenness on the two sister countries to cooperate at all levels.
Abdul Nasser Sengab added that the visit to the University of Khartoum included his tour in the university hospitals and colleges of postgraduate and medicine and management of examinations, as well as a number of research centers such as the Center for Research and Treatment of Maastoma unique in Africa.
Ain Shams University is expected to recieve a high-level delegation from Khartoum University within the next few days to start activating the twinning agreement.
