The Vice President of the University is on a tour to inspect the progress of the examinations at the Faculty of Education, amidst strict precautionary measures

The Vice President of Ain Shams University for Education and Student Affairs inspected the examination committees at the Faculty of Education to check on the progress of the first semester exams and to apply all necessary preventive measures to limit the spread of Covid-19 virus amid the presence of the infection control team.

His Excellency was accompanied during the tour by Prof. Dr. Maged Abu Al-Enein, Dean of the Faculty, Prof. Dr. Safaa Shehata, Vice Dean for Education and Student Affairs, and Prof. Wafa Rifai, Secretary of the faculty.

Prof. Abdel-Fattah Saud praised the Faculty’s keenness to apply all precautionary measures to limit the spread of the Covid-19 virus, apply social distancing within committees, and commit to wearing masks, and the procedures that the faculty has already implemented for the convenience of students while taking exams.

         
   
         

For his part, Prof. Dr. Maged Abu Al-Enein, Dean of the Faculty, on the Faculty’s keenness to achieve the utmost levels of protection, whether for students or observers, with several procedures, including, for example: measuring temperatures for all students and workers before entering and ensuring the continuous sterilization of the committees and corridors, and emphasizing the organization of entry and exit of students from the pathways specified for that.

And Prof. Safaa Shehata, Vice Dean for Education and Student Affairs, said that the number of students who take the exam today in the third division is 2,291 students

It is worth noting that the number of students who take the first semester exams at the Faculty of Education is 10,500 students, and there are 51 committees that perform observation work, and 275 observers are distributed to the committees according to the exam schedule.

Her Excellency affirmed the Faculty’s interest in making the tests objective and correcting objective, thus ensuring easy correction and preserving students ’rights.

The Faculty of Education Students' Union was also present extensively to contribute to organizing the entry and exit of students from pathways predetermined by the Faculty in order to avoid gatherings.
