The President of Ain Shams University inspects the exams at the Faculty of Law and confirms the commitment to social distancing

Prof. Dr. Mahmoud Shawki El-Metini, President of Ain Shams University, conducted an inspection tour at the Faculty of Law, to check the progress of the examinations and to ensure that all precautionary measures were applied. Faculty of Graduate Studies and Research Affairs.

During the tour, Prof. Dr. Mahmoud El-Metini stressed the need to adhere to all the precautionary measures that have been put in place to preserve the safety of students, especially social distancing, noting that the maximum degree of readiness and readiness in all faculties of the university has been raised to start the first semester exams, which began on Saturday, February 27th.

He added that the presence of medical staff has been intensified and the university hospitals are prepared to face any situation that requires intervention during the exams, and stressed the provision of the faculties for the tools and disinfectants they need in addition to providing medical supplies to ensure the safety of students, observers and faculty members and the continuation of the exam work without any obstacles, praising the efforts Ain Shams University Hospitals and the General Administration of Medical Affairs in this regard.

For his part, Prof. Nagy Abdel Momen said that the faculty made all preparations for the exams, including preparing halls, providing all means of ventilation, and providing a medical team in anticipation of emergency cases, indicating that the examination committees building is monitored by cameras through a central room that monitors all committees for continuous follow-up.

Prof. Dr. Muhammad Safi, Vice Dean of the Faculty of Law for Education and Student Affairs, indicated that the examinations were divided into 3 periods starting at nine o'clock in the morning and ending at half past three, and between each committee and the other, the committees were sterilized.

The precautionary measures have also been taken into account in the process of receiving the answer sheets, as they are collected and transferred to the control boxes through sterile plastic boxes to reduce the occurrence of infection and to preserve the safety of everyone.
