Within the framework of Ain Shams University's keenness to play its role in community service and environmental development, the Community Service and Environmental Development Sector and the Faculty of Business at Ain Shams University organized in cooperation with the Faculties of Medicine and Nursing and the Adult Education Center (the comprehensive development caravan in Asmarat).

Ain Shams University's comprehensive developmental convoy included 10 medical clinics, including chest, dermatology, surgery, internal medicine, ophthalmology, nose and ear, gynecology, obstetrics, children, a heart clinic and a clinic for early detection of blood pressure and diabetes, in addition to the convoy pharmacy that dispensed medicines. Free of charge, in addition to human development courses for women, about the Corona virus, methods of spread and infection, how to prevent, addiction and its causes, psychological problems that lead to addiction, the consequences of addiction to the human body, as well as the population increase and its impact on society and people, women's mental health and how to maintain the psychological balance to create Saleh generation, the role of women in increasing family awareness to conserve resources and some healthy behaviors, reproductive health, breastfeeding, causes and risks of anemia, the impact of obesity on the family and society
In the axis of illiteracy eradication by caravan, a placement test was held for 194 individuals, and literacy classes will be opened for them through free contracting with Ain Shams University students, and a subscription for 29 individuals was conducted.
In the medical axis, 27 cases were received in the heart clinic, 46 in the chest diseases clinic, 37 in the general surgery clinic, 81 in the ophthalmology clinic, 32 in the obstetrics and gynecology clinic, 70 in the nose and ear clinic, 120 in the pediatric clinic, 42 in the internal medicine clinic, 63 in the dermatology clinic, with a total of 518 individuals.
In addition, 58 cases were transferred to Ain Shams University hospitals, which included 20 surgical cases, 36 ophthalmic cases, and an internal case.
