Faculty of Medicine, Ain Shams University, announces vacant jobs in several specialties

Ain Shams University announces a number of vacancies in the Faculty of Medicine at Ain Shams University. The announced jobs include teaching assistantships in the various academic departments of the faculty, assistant teachers’ positions in the various clinical departments of the faculty, and teacher positions in the various clinical departments of the faculty.

First: Teaching assistant

It was stated in the faculty’s announcement of its need to teaching assistants ’positions in the various academic departments of the faculty based on the directions of His Excellency the President of the Republic regarding meeting the need for human cadres for the positions of faculty members and their assistants, as follows:
1- Department of Anatomy: (2 vacancies).
2- Department of Physiology: (2 vacancies).
3- Department of Biochemistry: (1 vacancy).
4- Department of Histology: (2 vacancies).
5- Department of Pathology: (10 vacancies).
6- Department of Pharmaceuticals: (3 vacancies).
7- Department of Parasitology: (4 vacancies).
8- Department of Microbiology and Immunology: (5 vacancies).
9- Department of Community, Environmental and Occupational medicine: (5 vacancies).
10- Department of Forensic Medicine and Toxicology: (4 vacancies).
11- Department of Medical Education: (2 vacancies).

According to the following conditions:
1- The applicant must be a graduate of the Faculty of Medicine of Ain Shams University batch of 2017 and beyond, and that he has spent the internship period.
2- The comparison between the applicants should be based on the cumulative total of the bachelor’s degree.
3- The applicant must fulfill the conditions stipulated in Articles 136-137 of Law No. 49 of 72 of Law No. 49 of 72 of Law No. 49 of 72 regarding the organization of universities and its amendments and the executive regulations in accordance with the latest amendments.
4- The applicant has the right to five desires, with a maximum of the advertised positions, and the selection is not made according to the first wish only, but rather the selection is made on the basis of the order of all desires and the priorities specified by the applicant.
5- Applications are submitted in the name of Mr. Prof. / Dean of the Faculty within two weeks from the date of publication, and the employees submit their requests with the express approval of the bodies affiliated to it, and no attention will be paid to the bitches that come before or after publication or that do not meet the conditions referred to above.

Second: Assistant lecturer

The Faculty of Medicine, Ain Shams University also announces its need to occupy the positions of assistant teachers in the various clinical departments of the faculty, based on the directions of His Excellency Mr. / President of the Republic regarding filling the need of human cadres for the positions of faculty members and their assistants, which are as follows:
1- Department of General Internal Medicine: (8 vacancies).
2- Department of Neurology and Psychiatry: (4 vacancies).
3- Department of Tropical Medicine and Health: (2 vacancies).
4- Department of Chest Diseases: (2 vacancies).
5- Department of Pediatrics: (10 vacancies).
6- Department of General Surgery: (5 vacancies).
7- Department of Neurosurgery: (2 vacancies).
8- Department of Orthopedics: (2 vacancies).
9- Department of Ear, Nose and Throat (Otorhinolaryngology): (3 vacancies).
10- Department of Ophthalmology: (4 vacancies).
11- Department of Cardiothoracic Surgery: (2 vacancies).
12- Department of Anesthesiology, Intensive Care and Pain Therapy: (15 vacancies).
13- Department of Diagnostic Radiology: (8 vacancies).
14- Department of Clinical Pathology: (5 vacancies).
15- Department of Geriatric medicine and Health: (2 vacancies).
16- Department of Naturopathic Medicine: (2 vacancies).
17- Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology: (4 vacancies).
18- Department of Family Medicine: (1 vacancy).

According to the following conditions:
1- The applicant must be a graduate of the Faculty of Medicine of Ain Shams University and spent three years in the position of a resident physician assigned to Ain Shams University Hospitals in the above-mentioned departments.
2- The differentiation between applicants should be based on the cumulative total of the bachelor's degree.
3- The applicant must fulfill the conditions stipulated in Articles 136, 137 of Law No. 49 of 72 in the matter of organizing universities, its amendments, and the executive regulations.
4- The applicant must have a master's degree in the specialty of the department for which he is applying
5- The applicant’s age should not exceed 35 years of age.
6- Passing the personal interview that takes place for the applicants.

Applications are submitted in the name of Mr. Prof. / Dean of the Faculty within two weeks from the date of publication, and the employees submit their requests with the express approval of the bodies affiliated to it. Applications that are before or after publication or that do not meet the conditions referred to above will not be considered.

The Faculty of Medicine also announces its need to occupy teacher positions in the various clinical departments of the college, based on the directions of His Excellency the President of the Republic regarding meeting the need for human cadres for the positions of faculty members and their assistants, as follows:
