The Innovation and Entrepreneurship Center at the Faculty of Engineering participates in the first exhibition of technology

The Innovation and Entrepreneurship Center at the Faculty of Engineering, as a representative of the Ministry of Higher Education for Scientific Research, participated in the first exhibition of technology for the conversion and replacement of vehicles to work with clean energy, which was held under the patronage of His Excellency President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi, President of the Republic.
The center participated in the electric car that won the electric car rally race EVER 2020, which is organized by the Innovation Center at the Faculty of Engineering, Ain Shams University, in addition to a self-driving electric bus, and the team of the ARL Research Laboratory and Smart Robots under the supervision of Prof. Dr. Maged Ghanima, Director of the Center, Prof. Dr. Mohamed Abdel Aziz, Head of the Automotive Engineering Department and the supervisor of the electric car rally project, Eng. Ali Hosni, head of the electric car rally project in Egypt.

The exhibition aims to raise awareness of the financing programs available within the framework of the initiative, as well as awareness of the economic and environmental benefits resulting from enhancing the use of natural gas as a fuel for cars, enhancing joint cooperation between producing companies, supporting technology transfer operations, and research and development programs in the field of natural gas vehicles, in addition to awareness of the steps taken to provide The infrastructure needed to serve cars running on natural gas and electricity as well.

The exhibition continues until Wednesday, January 6, while adhering to all precautionary measures at the Egypt International Exhibition Center.
