Harvest of Ain Shams University convoy to the Red Sea Governorate in the medical field

More than 2,500 beneficiaries from the comprehensive medical convoy clinics launched by Ain Shams University to serve the people of the cities of Halayeb, Shalateen and Abu Ramad in the Red Sea Governorate, under the patronage of Prof. Mahmoud El-Metini, President of Ain Shams University and Major General Amr Mohamed Hanafi, Governor of the Red Sea, under the supervision of Prof. Dr. Shahira Samir, Vice Dean of the College of Medicine for Community Service and Environmental Development, Prof. Tarek Youssef, Director of Al-Demerdash Surgical Hospital, and administrative supervision Mr. Suhail Hamza, Assistant Secretary of the University for Community Service and Environmental Development.

The convoy provided its medical services through free examination in chest, internal medicine, urology, dermatology, dental, ophthalmology, obstetrics and gynecology, surgery, orthopedics, ear, nose and throat, children, brain and nerves. In addition to a mobile laboratory, CT, x-ray and solar analyzes.

In addition, 21 surgeries were performed and 139 cases were transferred to Ain Shams University hospitals, all over the course of 4 days only.
