Faculty of Al-Alsun reviews golden tips for joining the diplomatic corps

Prof. Dr. Salwa Rashad, Dean of Faculty of Al-Alsun, Ain Shams University affirmed that the faculty administration spares no effort in supporting Al-Alsun students with all experiences and skills to qualify them to work in various societal sectors. Especially the diplomatic corps, which is a fundamental pillar that Al-Asun students put before their eyes from the first day of their enrollment in one of the largest language educational fortresses in the Middle East and the world, which is the Faculty of Al-Alsun at Ain Shams University, which was established by the great scholar Rafaa Al-Tahtawi, to prepare a generation capable of carrying out its duty in transmitting different civilizations From and to our beloved country, this came during her speech at the opening of the first cultural seminars for the community service and environmental development sector at the faculty for the academic year 2020/2021, under the patronage of Prof. Dr. Mahmoud El-Metini, President of the University, Prof. Dr. Salwa Rashad, Dean of the Faculty, and the supervision of Prof. Dr. Youmna Safwat, Vice Dean for Community Service and Environmental Development, and Prof. Dr. Ayman Salama, Professor of International Law and a member of the Egyptian Council for Egyptian Foreign Affairs.

   
   

Prof. Dr. Salwa Rashad, Dean of the College, added that the college administration is working to hold a balanced series of cultural events in the presence of a group of international Egyptian experts in various fields to reach Al-Alsun students to the highest stages of readiness to enter the labor market to represent our ancient country, and praised the role of the college’s children who worked In the field of diplomatic corps and their effective contribution to work under the umbrella of the Egyptian Ministry of Foreign Affairs to manage our country's ancient policy in various international forums.

For her part, Prof. Dr. Youmna Safwat, Vice Dean of the Faculyty for Community Service and Environmental Development, affirmed that the college was keen to choose a series of cultural topics with great care to keep pace with the mechanisms and requirements of the labor market for Al-Alsun students, stressing that the student of Al-Asun bears a great responsibility that must be understood Since his first day in the college, where he must rapidly develop his language and culture to keep pace with the requirements of the labor market, pointing out that the work in the field of translation and the transfer of civilizations has a large societal aspect, and therefore the college administration continuously holds cultural events to raise the levels of al-Alsun graduates and prepare them for practical life Scientifically appropriate.

During the seminar Prof. Dr. Ayman Salama, Professor of International Law and a member of the Egyptian Council for Foreign Affairs, reviewed the concept of diplomacy and presented its various linguistic, formal and technical definitions, and went on to point out that the tasks of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs are to regulate foreign and diplomatic relations with countries.

Salama also referred to the diplomatic privileges, as those diplomatic immunities and privileges center around the adoption of a series of exceptions, enjoyed by diplomatic representatives, their missions, and their family members.

At the conclusion of the symposium, he presented a number of golden tips to students to help them join the diplomatic corps, on top of which is proficiency in the foreign language and Arabic at the same level and personal diligence in getting to know international cultures, as well as international laws and treaties, stressing that competence is the only criterion for joining work The diplomat.
