For the second day of the second phase of university admission coordination for the academic year 2020/2021, high school students flock to register their wishes to join Egyptian universities through the electronic coordination laboratories at Ain Shams University. Prof. Dr. Mahmoud El-Metini, President of Ain Shams University, has directed that all preventive measures be taken to ensure the safety of students, their parents, and the workers of the Coordination Office.
Prof. Dr. Abdel Fattah Saud, Vice President for Education and Student Affairs, said that all necessary measures have been provided to facilitate the work of the coordination offices in order to facilitate the students and their families to complete the electronic registration processes quickly and accurately.
In the Faculty of Computers and Information ... since nine in the morning, the electronic coordination laboratories in the college have received high school students to register their desires, as the coordination laboratories witnessed a heavy but organized turnout without any congestion or crowding thanks to the precautionary and preventive measures taken by the college administration.
It is noteworthy that there is a turnout of students in the second stage of coordination to join the colleges in which vacant places existed, including the Faculty of Computers, Science and Age at Ain Shams University, and the Faculties of Science and Information for the Scientific Division. Also, places were available in the Faculties of Law, Arts and Commerce for scientific students at the universities of Cairo, Ain Shams and Helwan. As for the students of the literary division, Places were provided for them in the same colleges, but in the regional universities.
The students of the second stage of university coordination for the year 2021/2020 flocked intensively to register their wishes through the electronic coordination laboratories at the Faculty of Arts from the first hours of the work of the laboratories amid great interest from the college administration headed by Prof. Dr. Mustafa Mortada, Dean of the Faculty, to achieve separation between students and commitment to wearing medical masks, sterilization and continuous disinfection of halls and laboratories.
The faculty labs counselors are keen to provide advice to students while registering desires to avoid errors, as the Coordination Office is committed to the students' wishes registered on the site according to the last registration made by students within the limits of the rules and conditions.
The students also flocked heavily to the electronic coordination laboratories at the College of Engineering to register their wishes to enroll in universities, which provided laboratories with a capacity of 100 computers connected to the Internet and allocated mentors trained to provide help and assistance to students to register their desires correctly without any obstacles.
For the second day, Prof. Dr. Rukaya Shalaby, Dean of the Faculty of Girls, Ain Shams University, is keen to inspect the electronic coordination laboratories at the Faculty of Girls to check on the proper functioning of the laboratories, stressing the commitment to precautionary measures in the college, stressing the provision of masks and disinfectant materials and sterilizing the laboratories periodically, directing students and workers to comply Social distancing, amid a large turnout of high school students to register their wishes to enroll in Egyptian universities.
