It is also permissible, in cases of extreme necessity, to grant exceptional leave to the employee who is caring for a child under the age of twelve, taking into consideration the favor of the work.
In contrast to the cases mentioned by the Vice-Presidents of the University, each in a sector, and the deans of colleges, institutes and heads of sectors, each report appropriate to granting exceptional leave to the employee who has contact with the emerging Coronavirus for considerations related to maintaining the health and safety of his co-workers.
