Ain Shams University Board meeting through video conference technology

At the headquarters of the Zaffaran Palace, the periodic session of the Ain Shams University Board was chaired by Prof. Dr. Mahmoud El-Metini and the presence of Prof. Dr. Nazmy Abdel Hamid, Vice President for Community Service and Environmental Development, Prof. Dr. Abdel Nasser Sengab, Vice President for Graduate Studies and Research, Prof. Dr. Abdel-Fattah Saud, Vice President for Education and Student Affairs and Prof. Dr. Muhammad Awad Tag Elddin, Advisor to the President of the Republic for Health Affairs and former Minister of Health and Prof. Dr. Abdel Kawi Khalifa, former Governor of Cairo, and Prof. Samir Abdel Nasser, Secretary-General of the University.

Prof. Dr. Mahmoud El-Metini, President of Ain Shams University, praised the efforts made by the various faculties of the university to finish making electronic courses available to students in record time, stressing that activating the distance education system facilitated ways to overcome the urgent global health conditions, and thanked Prof. Dr. Abdel-Fattah Saud, Vice President for University Affairs Education, Students, and the University’s Education Development Department and its Executive Director Mona Abdel-Al, Professor at the Faculty of Medicine, for their outstanding efforts in this regard.

The council discussed all the works involved, while stressing the continuity of the university's work system in accordance with what is in the public interest.
