300 doctors from Egypt and the Arab countries discuss the new field of medicine and orthopedics at Ain Shams University

Ain Shams University, headed by Prof. Dr. Mahmoud El-Matiny, hosted the activities of the periodic conference of the Egyptian Orthopedic Association, which was held in cooperation with the Department of Orthopedics, Faculty of Medicine, Ain Shams University, this was stated by Prof. Dr. Abdel-Fattah Saud, Vice President for Education and Student Affairs and Professor of Orthopedics and Spine, Faculty of Medicine, University.

He explained that the conference aims to exchange experiences between faculty members from various Egyptian universities, as well as discussing the latest international research and modern treatment methods. The conference discussed, through its various sessions, the importance of preparing and training young doctors in the field of orthopedics.

The professor reported that Amr Khairy, Professor and Chairman of the Department of Orthopedics, Ain Shams Faculty of Medicine, said that the conference reviewed the new in the various specializations of orthopedics, spine, artificial joint surgery, orthopedics, orthopedics, and microscopic surgery for the limbs. The conference also focused on training doctors to deal with complex pathological conditions in all disciplines of orthopedics and fracture surgeries.

Lectures at the conference were given by many professors specialized in all departments of orthopedics from Ain Shams University, Egyptian universities and the Egyptian Orthopedic Association.

The conference witnessed nearly 300 specialized doctors, trained doctors and postgraduate students in orthopedics from various Egyptian universities and some Arab countries.
