Dean of the Faculty of Education denies cooperation with some delusional entities

Dean of the Faculty denied the signing of a protocol with any entity called "National Academy for Learning, Training, Development, and the African Union for Integrated Sustainable Development." The Faculty has not issued any scientific certificates or grants under any names.
