The Minister of Higher Education, Prof. Dr. Khaled Abdul Ghaffar, issued a decree appointing Mr. Mohamed Fathi Mustafa Al-Khatib as Director General of Procurement and Mrs. Nahed Mustafa Mustafa Hamouda as Director General of the Office of Vice President for Graduate Studies
