Higher Education: A Republican decision to appoint Dr. Mustafa Refaat as Secretary General of the Supreme Council of Universities

Dr. Ayman Ashour, Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, announced a republican decision was issued to appoint Dr. Mustafa Refaat, Secretary General of the Supreme Council of Universities. Mostafa Refaat worked as a lecturer at the University of Liverpool.
