Vice President of the University emphasizes the importance of building the conscious mind and personal balanced students

Prof. Dr. Abdel Fattah Saud, Vice President of Ain Shams University for Education and Student Affairs and Prof. Dr. Mohamed Ragaa Stouhy, Dean of Faculty of Science opened the annual student meeting for the new academic year in the presence of Prof. Dr. Mohammed Khalid, Vice Dean for Education and Student Affairs Ashraf Abdel-Aty, Vice Dean for Community Service and Environmental Development and a group of heads of departments, professors and students of the first year

During an open speech from the heart of Prof. Dr. Abdel Fattah Saud stressed his confidence in the excellence of the personality of the students of the Faculty of Science and their great intelligence for their distinctive choice to study science, especially at Ain Shams University, where graduates of evacuated scientists referred to in Lebanon should follow their example and follow in their footsteps.

He advised the students to be very diligent in receiving the science at the hands of their scientists, especially that the Faculty of Science provides a number of new programs that make the graduate strongly distinguished in the labor market.

He also pointed out the importance of students' participation in the various activities offered by the youth welfare department such as artistic, sports, scientific and cultural activities, as well as the distinguished theater activity at the level of Egyptian universities, which competes strongly in international university competitions, because a balanced personality is a successful personality capable of building a nation of awareness, work and culture. Positive thought, affirming that the bright future of Egypt will be only in the minds of its children scientists, stressing the need to serve the community and the development of the environment surrounding them, following the writer Naguib Mahfouz, who qualified dumping in the local to reach global as well as scientists all Egypt studied and returned after the successes of their inquiry to serve Egypt's mother home.

He also talked about the organization of a large number of educational seminars, which host a host of thinkers and intellectuals in various fields and to provide an opportunity for each student to dialogue and inquire about all his concerns to be his opinion and convictions of science and correct information derived from reliable sources.

At the end of the meeting, the students were advised to invest years of university study because it is a fun stage of life that combines hard, fun and fun.

Then Prof. Dr. Mohamed Raga reviewed some of the honorable models of the university graduates who took many leading positions in Egypt, including scientists who raised the name of Egypt high in various countries of the world, including the great scientist Dr. Farouk El-Baz and the great scientist Dr. Mostafa El-Sayed, who studied at the Faculty of Science Ain Shams University and apprentices at the hands of their distinguished scholars.

He also stressed his keenness on the annual tradition followed by the College in the establishment of an introductory meeting between students and their professors on the first day of study to achieve effective communication and answer many questions that concern the minds of students.

Dr. Mohammed Khalid pointed out to the many scientific events and competitions offered by the college, stressing his continuous communication with his children students and provide all necessary support and advice to them.

Then an introductory film about the Faculty of Science was presented, and professors and heads of departments gave an overview on divisions and subject to be studied and how to qualify the graduate for the labor market.
