A seminar at the Faculty of Archeology discusses how to prepare for jobs and ways to access them

Under the patronage of Prof. Mohamed Diaa Zain El-Abedeen, President of Ain Shams University, Prof. Hossam Tantawi, Dean of the Faculty of Archaeology, under the supervision of Dr. Nawal Gaber, Acting Vice Dean for Education and Student Affairs, coordinating the Student Union, led by Dr. Ghada Fayed, pioneer of the union, and organizing student care at the faculty under the management of Mrs. Gehan Naguib, Director of Administration, the Faculty of Archeology hosted on Wednesday, November 8, 2023, Dr. Youmna Badr, sales and marketing consultant and certified international trainer, and Dr. Dina Raouf, a strategic management consultant and certified international lecturer, gave a lecture to college students entitled: (When you graduate, what job do you want to pursue?).

Dr. Yumna Badr talked about the methodology that must be followed to decide on the appropriate job career diamond model by increasing a person’s psychological awareness and knowledge of his abilities, interests, strengths, weaknesses and priorities through the personal tests that talked about, and increasing awareness of the jobs that young people want to join by researching and answering questions. Questions related to each of the functions asked before starting the decision-making phase.

While Dr. Dina Raouf explained how to measure readiness and readiness for each job, the mechanisms for searching and applying for jobs, developing a practical plan to obtain jobs, and how to prepare for this stage.

The lecture was followed by opening the floor for discussions, where they kindly responded to the students’ questions.
