Prof. Ghada Farouk, Acting President of the University, participates in the activities of the China-Arab Global Forum for Development and Governance at Fudan University in China

Prof. Ghada Farouk, Acting President of the University and Vice President of the University for Community Service and Environmental Development, participated at the activities of the Global China-Arab Forum for Development and Governance, which was held at Fudan University, in the presence of Dr. Jin Li, President of Fudan University, and Prof. Amr Salama, Secretary General of the Association of Arab Universities, Du Yubo, President of the Chinese Higher Education Association, Dr. Nazir Obaidat, President of the University of Jordan, Dr. Chen Jimin, Vice President of Fudan University, and Dr. Yi Yonggang, Vice President of Shanghai International Studies University.

During the visit, which lasted from October 26 to 30, Prof. Ghada Farouk, Acting President of the University and Vice President of the University for Community Service and Environmental Development Affairs, signed a memorandum of understanding with Fudan University to enhance scientific cooperation and joint research and academic activities.

Prof. Ghada Farouk gave a speech about the prestigious Ain Shams University and the most important achievements achieved by the university in international relations, accreditations, activities and cooperation with different countries, especially China.

The forum discussed how to further deepen and expand cooperation in the field of higher education between China and Arab countries and cooperation in the field of scientific research.

The forum's activities also witnessed the presentation of a series of innovative and pioneering Chinese-Arab higher education and scientific research projects to advance Chinese-Arab university cooperation.

It is worth noting that the forum includes three sub-forums, which are the China-Arab Network for Public Policy and Administration, the sub-forum for the theory and practice of integrity and innovation, and the sub-forum for the Road Initiative.
