Where the Awards Office hosted Prof Heba Salah Hamed, Professor of Fish Physiology at the Faculty of Girls, who won the university’s encouragement award in the field of advanced technological sciences in agricultural sciences for the year 2021.

It is worth noting that the University Encouragement Award is an award granted by the university to young university faculty members under 40 years of age who are distinguished in research.
It should be noted that Prof. Heba Hamed has obtained a master's degree and a doctorate from the university, and she was honored by the university at the university's celebration of international publication, and she was promoted to the degree of professor from the specialized scientific committee "Animal and Insect Science" with scientific distinction, specializing in "fish physiology" in the year 2023.
Her Excellency also has many international scientific research published in specialized journals that exceed 35 papers. She also participated in many local, regional and international conferences approaching 50 conferences. Prof. Heba Hamed was also keen on the societal role by participating in many diverse activities aimed at consolidating the role of Egyptian women in society.
Her Excellency emphasized the prominent role played by Ain Shams University in supporting young researchers in the completion of their scientific research, in addition to rewards for international publication, support for research published in Q1 classified journals, as well as support for applied projects. Her Excellency thanked the university administration for providing all forms of support and facilities. in all respects.
Her Excellency presented a message to young researchers to continue the scientific path, to ensure international publication, to participate in scientific seminars, to attend international conferences to refine scientific personality, benefit from exchanging experiences, improve scientific research skills, and overcome many scientific challenges facing researchers.
It is commendable that the leadership of Ain Shams University pays great attention to its youth and scholars and works to encourage them and enhance the spirit of academic excellence, innovation and scientific research in various fields in order to achieve its comprehensive mission in achieving excellence and leadership and achieving the highest levels of competitive advantage at all levels.
