The University Awards Office organizes a meeting with the departments of cultural relations in the university faculties to follow up on the excellence of the awards system

Based on Ain Shams University's keenness to achieve excellence and competition, and as a continuation of Ain Shams University's leadership in the field of awards through scholars and pioneers in all university faculties, the University Awards Office held an important meeting with cultural relations officials in all university faculties to discuss all requirements for awards and to stand on all requirements that ensure continuity University excellence in this important field.

The meeting was held at the headquarters of the Networking and Information Technology Center at the university on July 25, 2023, through the supervisor of the awards office at the university, Prof. Alaa El-din Abdel Halim Farag and under the supervision of each of Mr. Muhammad Fathi Al-Khatib, Assistant Secretary of the University for Graduate Studies and Research, and Mr. Imad Abdel-Qawi, Director General of the General Department of Research, and in the presence of Mrs. Manal Amin, Director of the Department of Internal and External Research, and Mr. Yasser Kamal, Director of the Department of Cultural Relations at the University, and representatives from the university administration in the field of awards.

Cultural relations officials from all university faculties were keen to attend this important meeting to discuss all aspects related to the awards in order to increase efficiency and achieve excellence in this field.

The meeting dealt with discussing the status of awards at Ain Shams University and the efforts made by the Awards Office to follow up on scholars and pioneers who received prestigious awards and the need for coordination and distinguished follow-up from all university faculties to facilitate all procedures and follow-up until nomination, and an active discussion took place from all, it was recommended to continue the meetings periodically to follow up and prepare performance reports in the field of awards from all faculties, work to discuss all obstacles and overcome them, and create a continuous communication link with everyone with the awards office to follow up on all developments in the various types of awards, in a way that contributes to the university’s leadership in the field of awards and promotion University competitiveness.
