Lecture on legal translation in the United Nations system

The Postgraduate Studies and Research Sector at the Faculty of Al-Alsun is organizing a scientific lecture on "Legal Translation in the United Nations System", on Wednesday, March 1 at twelve o'clock in the Interpretation Hall.

Mr. Fathi Mohamed Abdel Raouf, translator and reviewer for the United Nations system, will give a lecture in it. The lecture will target postgraduate students, members of the teaching assistants and faculty staff.

The lecture topics deal with an overview of legal translation in the United Nations system, the skills that must be available in the legal translator, the challenges facing the legal translator and ways to confront them, in addition to how to benefit from legal documents in translation training.
