The Dean of the Faculty of Girls, and Messrs Vice Deans inaugurate the activities of Science Week and the annual conference of the faculty

Prof. Amira Youssef, Dean of the Faculty of Girls, at Ain Shams University, inaugurated, on Saturday morning, the activities of Science Week and the annual conference of the faculty entitled "Man… Society…Environment, Opportunities and Challenges in a Changing World" at the Faculty's theater, which will continue from May 6 to 9, 2023, in the presence of the vice deans of the faculty and the rapporteur of the conference, Prof. Hanan Al-Shaer, Vice Dean for Postgraduate Studies and Research, Prof. Heba Barakat, Vice Dean for Community Service and Environmental Development, Prof. Mai Helmy, Vice Dean for Education and Student Affairs, and a group of professors, faculty staff, and the faculty's teaching assistants.

This came under the auspices of Prof. Mahmoud El-Meteini, President of Ain Shams University, Prof. Abdel Fattah Saoud, Vice President for Education and Student Affairs, Prof. Mohamed Ayman Saleh, Vice President for Postgraduate Studies and Research, Prof. Ghada Farouk, Vice President for Community Service and Environmental Development.

The opening session of the conference began with a speech by Prof. Amira Youssef, Dean of the Faculty, where she gave a brief presentation of the achievements of the three faculty departments, as all sectors of the college enjoy digital transformation by up to 90%, and very soon the percentage of digital transformation within the faculty will reach 100%, as well as the new salary system, the Faculty of Girls is considered the first to implement this program, as well as the supplementary diploma in literature, electronic literature and an educational platform, in addition to the effective role played by the college in developing the infrastructure of buildings and developing the nursery and swimming pool to serve the students and the children of the faculty staff, and employees.

At the end of her speech, she gave thanks and appreciation to all the attendees and to the integrated team that works inside and outside the faculty to serve and develop the faculty students, stressing that the Faculty of Girls is a university and the program will be submitted to obtain quality soon.

Each of the faculty's vice deans reviewed the achievements of his own sector.
