The Ain Shams Award for Government Excellence announces the opening of the door to join (Internal Excellence Evaluators) who work in the university's administrative apparatus.

The Egypt Award for Government Excellence aims to stimulate the spirit of competition and excellence at the level of employees and at the level of government institutions, in order to contribute to achieving the goals of Egypt's Vision 2030.

Within the framework of evaluating the internal excellence awards at Ain Shams University (the Distinguished Institution Award in the Faculties category, work teams, the innovative government initiative award) within the Egypt Award for Government Excellence in cooperation with the Ministry of Planning and Economic Development, Ain Shams Award for Internal Excellence administration announces the opening of the door to join (Internal Excellence Evaluators) from the administrative staff of the university.

Joining the evaluation team of the university's internal award will be from training applicants and raising the competencies and skills of residents in cooperation with the Ministry of Planning and Economic Development.

The conditions for joining the evaluation team are as follows:

• To be among the various specialized degrees, and it is preferable to have a master's degree or a doctorate.

• Preference will be given to those who have previously worked in the field of auditing, evaluation and quality management.

• Fluent in working collaboratively within a team.

• Report of the adequacy of performance (excellence) in the last three years.

• Fluent in computer skills.

• Ability to work under pressure.

• The possibility of a full-time evaluator throughout the proposed period of the evaluation process.

• The approval of the competent authority in the department in which the applicant works at the university or faculty.
